@David, I do agree that once the legal system is already involved, it&#039;s a big headache to both parties, money-wise. The only people who would be happy are the lawyers!</description>

Whether it&#039;ll prosper or not depends on the Courts and the lawyers. Both parties will inevitably suffer, so it depends who turns out to have suffered more or less.
