Different Ways to Earn from Blogging

Author: J. Angelo Racoma Category: Blogs and blogging, Problogging Views: 4232

They call it “problogging,” and it means “professional blogging.” I was recently interviewed by GMA 7 for a feature on various ways to earn from the Internet, particularly with blogs and blogging. I explained that this can be done in various ways. I earlier wrote about the different problogging options, and these can be in the following forms:

  • As a corporate blogger, writing on blogs for one’s employer or business;
  • As an individual problogger, earning from ad revenues or affiliate income on your own blog;
  • As a career problogger, or a network blogger, writing for a blog network or an online magazine;
  • As a blog overlord. You now own the blog network or the big blogs, and you pay people to write for you.

Thanks,

I wouldn’t really believe in earning money by blogging until some Filipinos were actually interviewed on how it is done.
I’ve always thought that you need technical know-hows in programming, but then it isn’t the case.
I am following some blogger by subscribing through feeds and learning things day at a time. And hopefully, earn my first money soon.

Always easier said than done. But I know I will be able to hit the pot along the way.

HI Sir angelo, I saw your GMA7 interview today from another blog site. I’m really inspired by you. I do have a simple blog site na sinetup ko lang i think a month ago. Sana mabigyan mo ako ng konting tip kung paano ko ito mapapataas ang traffic. Thank you.
