		<description>Good day,

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Karlo Rey D. Manalo, I am the Marketing and Business Development Manager of Cashsense Inc., a Technology based Remittance and payment processing company based here in Manila with overseas operations.

Our other business lines are: Payroll Services for domestic companies &amp; Merchant Payment Services for pay by cash transactions available at over 3,500 outlets in the Philippines.

I came across this article while researching about locally available online payment facilities.

In our experience, a majority of businesses that sell, or offer services online have difficulty in attracting customers to buy or pay from their website, primarily due to their customer’s lack of, or unwillingness to use a credit card.

It is this situation where many companies may have had difficulties in actually selling and receiving payments from prospective online customers.

Addressing this concern, our services have become very appealing to online merchants based in the Philippines, as this provides not a replacement, but rather an alternative payment solution to their existing credit card based payment system.

To give a little more detail on our Merchant Payment Services, our Cash Pay service provides merchants with the option (besides credit card) to allow customers to pay for their goods and services online - with cash. This then opens up a whole new market by giving customers who do not have or don’t wish to use a credit card the ability to buy and pay, for online goods and services.

we will offer merchants

a. No setup/integration fees
b. No software purchase
b. No monthly fees
c. No credit card charges

For customers, all they need is to bring the payment due to the merchant at any of our accredited payment facilities plus our service charge.

Cashsense Online Payment Services will, I believe provide every online merchant an efficient low cost solution based on automated, systemic messaging, i.e. once a customer has selected an item from your website, all they need to do is pay-in funds via one of 3,500 outlets Cebuana Lhuillier, 7-11 etc. to get their payment to you. Cashsense (is integrated) and will:

1. recognize that payment is received
2. immediately notify www.merchantname.com that product has been paid, and delivery or download can commence

We are very interested in talking to all online merchants, and discuss other areas of potential partnership and cooperation. Should any merchant need to talk to us sooner or require more information please feel free to contact me at the email address or telephone numbers below.

Thank you very much,

Karlo Rey D. Manalo

<description>I am based in the Philippines with a Company account in a bank in the Philippines. We are able to receive PayPal payments and transfer them to our bank. Here are our pages with Paypal links http://www.marketlinkph.com/onlinepayment.html or http://www.makaticorp.com/map . We share our account with our affiliates so they dont have to go through the entire verification process, etc. especially if they are no high volume anyway. Our bank charges us P 200 for every transaction.</description>

<description>Yeah Paypal is now available in the Philippines but you can only use it for shopping online, you won’t be able to receive funds if you’re selling on eBay. There is no definite time yet when are they going to make PayPal here fully functional (sending &amp; receive).

Wanna share it with you guys. After long research, I got a solutions and it’s guaranteed working cuz I got mine already.

Its guaranteed that you will be verified by PayPal allowing you to receive and send money.

I haven&#039;t been to the US yet and I was able to get a verified PayPal Account associating my US Bank Account.

STEPS:

1. Open a US Bank Account (even you&#039;re not from the US. Use your Philippine address, that&#039;s cool.
2. Open a US PayPal account - using any US address - don&#039;t worry PayPal won&#039;t verify your address - it&#039;s the bank account that will be verified.
3. Add your newly-opened US Bank Account to your US PayPal Account.
4. PayPal will then deposit small amounts to that bank account ( that should appear on your bank transaction history within 2-3 days). You will have internet banking facilities with that account.
5. Enter to your PayPal the exact amounts they have deposited to your bank.
6. There you go. You are now a verified US PayPal account holder having the privileges of receiving and sending money online.

<description>[...] After reading my post about online payment systems not being as easy to implement as we think, Marhgil earlier emailed me about how he discovered Xoom accounts are potentially vulnerable to cracking. He details in his blog how a user&#8217;s password can easily be changed if a malicious hacker (or &#8220;cracker&#8221; in this case) correctly figures out three things: the user&#8217;s email address, bank account number and ZIP code.
