Free Gas for Ads, Anyone?

Author: J. Angelo Racoma Category: Archives Views: 3930

They’re doing it in the US with gasforfree.com. Do you think such an idea will fly here in the Philippines, or at least in Manila? Gas prices have stabilized, but they’re still not as low as we’d want them to be, are they?

What’s the catch? You would have to slap on some ads on your car. It’s like putting up ads on your blog to subsidize domain and hosting costs. But hey, if it gives you free rides, why not?

Gasforfree has several setups, ranging from a small sticker at the broadsides of your car to one that covers the entire body. Think Lightning McQueen vs. Chick Hicks.

I think if done right this could really work here, though how much gas is your ad worth?
