Hi.
I'm trying to apply for an AdSense account but I'm always stumped on what to put on the space for "STATE". I've tried the following: NCR, National Capital Region, Philippines, Manila, Metro Manila, Metromanila, GMA, Greater Manila Area, Metro, Greater Metropolitan Manila, Cavite, Ilocos Norte, Bataan... But it always say "No such State/Province in this country. Please enter a valid State name (or Province name)". What the --? Help please. Thanks.

adsense accounts cannot be revived but you can apply for another account. believe me, i was once banned from the adsense program. use another email address and that's it. u get a new account. u can even use ur old details like name, address, et al. just use another email add and if i may add, dont include the websites in ur banned account in the webmaster's tools provided by google. just paste the codes anywhere but the websites that you verified (in case u did) in ur previous account

@chris - in my opinion, it depends on the "niche" that you're going to pick.
