Seattle has free wireless internet service,

and I’m green with envy.  Locally, it’s rare to get free WiFi and

it would be in very limited areas–i.e., in SM Megamall Cyberzone, most

hotel lobbies and cafes–and prepaid service (in cafes and other public

hotspots) is very expensive by Philippine ISP standards.

It would be great if we could make a similar move at least in the

central business districts.  But I guess the existing wireless

providers would go up in arms against such an idea.
