Same rant here – their order taking process is terribly much worse now. I chatted with the delivery rider and he told me that the call center used to be handled by teleserve but is now internally handled by McDo head office. I wonder how this bad service level has affected their sales.

yeah, i used to love their 8mcdo service. but their service started to suck ever since they changed their system. the reps have been giving our orders to a different store and delivery arrives after 45 mins to an hour. they used to deliver in less than 30 mins. last sunday, i didn’t get my delivery at all. i wonder if they changed their call center… the reps and the supervisor sounded different, too (heavy regional accent).

Naks. I wish I become an endorser of something. Anything. I mean, even Mike endorses a brand of household appliances. Also, I'm fat, lazy and hopelessly out of shape. Am I not perfect for McDo Delivery?
