This I really need! From Open Loops: Six Ways to Jump-Start Your Day:



  • Use a light producing alarm

    clock

  • Put the alarm clock on the other side of the room

  • Start the day with protein

  • Turn up the lights

  • Get at least five minutes of

    physical activity

  • Eat a healthy low-fat, high-fiber breakfast



Easy enough for singles.  But having the

two kids sleeping in the same room (a toddler and a three-month old

infant), I’d have to also wake them up.  Looks like Caren’s still

the best  alternative to an alarm clock.  She’s more

responsible in sleeping and waking up early.


Good advice, though,

jumpstarting one’s brain with protein and activity.


Now If I could only find where Sofia hid that jump rope.
