Looking For Web Developers/Designers

A friend who runs a US-based design firm is looking for web developers/designers. Requirements are:
- Proficient in coding CSS/XHTML (proficient at getting it compatible with IE, FireFox, Safari, etc)
- Proficient in PHP
This is a full time, telecommute/home-based position. The compensation scheme is very attractive, in my opinion.

will they provide PC and connectivity? I am quite confident for the position but I don’t have a pc at home. I did not see it from the requirements so I want to clarify.

Sorry, Mr. Nice Ash. You’d have to provide your own PC and connectivity. But I do believe they can give hefty advances to staff who want to buy equipment (payable in installments).

is this offer still open? I haven’t practiced my PHP and CSS for so long since I’ve been with java 3 yrs ago. (until now)
I don’t think I am as proficient as what they want but I think I still have time to review.
do you have any idea how much they offer for the job?
