		<description>They seem to be very much talented at hiring the dumbest people. I manage the reception of a condominium... now not all unit owners of the condo get to pay, as most of them live abroad and Meralco does not provide an efficient means of overseas payment. One of their messengers threatened my receptionists that if the unpaid Meralco bills are to persist, these will be charged to my receptionists as they&#039;re the ones accepting the bills!

First of all, my receptionists never signed guarantor forms with the unit owners so how, logically speaking, does Meralco find the right to harass them by saying that they are to be charged for the unpaid bills?

Called their hotline number 16211 to air to them my concern. The very smart and polite and well-spoken girl (sarcasm on full blast) said that I called the hotline number, their offices are located in Ortigas, and they don&#039;t give a hoot about what happens to Makati related concerns. Told the b**** that I called their customer service hotline as advertised, so it doesn&#039;t matter if my concern is in Makati, Ayala Alabang, or Ayala Heights, I will still call one dang number for help! Wow, I know it&#039;s bad to wish for this, but I hope this company goes under.</description>

Taga dito po ako sa Maragondopn Cavite, at kanina ko pa po minumura ang taga meralco (sa isip ko) kasi po simula kanina umaga 13th times na pong mawawalan at after a matter of seconds eh magkakaroon ulit ng kuryente!... one of my PC client broke down because of this matter!! MERALCO not only SUCKS!! They are s**t!!!</description>

		<description>Nice complaint. But lucky you because there was a reason for a power shortage at your place. Here in ***** is more than crap. No storm, no nothing or anything else, power just turns off then turns back on after a minute. Sometimes, power turns off for hours. Now imagine doing your work in your computer with that. Screw the people working in that company, I say its just pure old Filipino corruption and making a fool of their helpless customers. Pity that those who are in a higher position are the one with high education but the lowest of morale.</description>

		<description>Right after typhoon Frank left, power was restored in our area but not in my house. I found that the 2 cable wires were disconnected due to poor connection. We made a report to meralco, they came and look at the street and found about 5 inches of water, got scared and reported cannot do the job because it is flooded. Called several more times after the water is gone, they still won&#039;t come. We waited and waited for nothing until all my fish died and all the food in the ref had spoiled. We cannot take it anymore so we decided to do it ourself and did a temporary connections hoping that they would come to do a more permanent one. They never showed up. Only in the philippines. SUCK.</description>
