@Jason, yeah, ask someone to send you one. Mahal eh. My notebook retails for $24 yata.

@Jayvee, there are local sellers. They import directly and then resell for a small _patong_. I'll post the link or contact info here sometime (gotta search for it in my gmail).

But better if you get it as pasalubong (especially if free! :P ).

Mia,

Yeah, the paper is sexy. Now we're certified Moleskine-heads!

Now I gotta practice my handwriting. Lemme see ... The last time I actaully wrote anything on paper was ... hmmm ... so long ago.

Ubuntu 6.06 is great. Though I have to admit, I'm still a Windoze user. I don't have the patience to configure and customize Linux for my laptop. I like it how with Windows XP everything's automatic and plug-and-play. As for security, it's a matter of the user's having common sense!

I have to give it to Ubuntu, though, for working on my new Presario seamlessly, even auto-detecting all the devices and installing the appropriate drivers. Even Windows didn't detect the video, network, sound and modem devices on first install.

wow! So lucky of you. The first and last time I had a moleskin notebook was when I got one as a gift when I graduated from highschool. Wasn't in to blogging back then so I really made good use of it, too bad I was able to use up all of the pages in my first semester of college. I still keep it though, a treasure box of memories, thoughts and some failed exams.

Maybe I should include one in my wishlist, hehehe

BTW: I'm still waiting for my Ubuntu 6.06 CDs, I'm just dying to get it up and running in my pc.
