Why parteeh? Abe thought of that, I canâ€™t recall why!

Why not in QC? Well there is no bias towards Makati, but thatâ€™s where the venue sponsor is. Next time around, find a QC venue and weâ€™ll be there! (but maybe not if itâ€™s in Novaliches)
