PLDT Woes

My post today on Pinoy.tech.blog: A PLDT Story.
J. Angelo Racoma is a technology journalist and blogger. See more of his blog posts here at racoma.com.ph, commentaries at racoma.net, and Twitter feed at @jangelo.The PLDT customer / repair service is now in stark contrast to what the
company aimed to achieve ten years ago with its quick-rollout and
zero-backlog schemes. In my experience, it’s taking weeks–maybe even
months–for them to fix line problems.
