The end of the outsourcing boom?

This article from India Daily says the outsourcing boom (from Europe and the Americas) may abrupbtly end due to economic slowdown.
Okay, if offshoring to India will be hurt, then definitely outsourcing businesses in other countries such as the Philippines will also take a hit.
Time for offshored operations to think of alternative business scenarios?
Perhaps not.
Heck, we’re just starting! I don’t think the outsourcing bubble trend is going to burst anytime soon!
