Latest from the Pinoy tech scene: pinoy.tech.blog had its soft-launch yesterday, Monday, August 8, 2005.  Formed by a diverse group of tech-oriented bloggers

including netpreneurs, students, educators, artists, executives and

programmers (all hackers at heart ;) ), the blog is the Philippines’

premier technology blog, and aims to be the top source of all

tech-related information in the local scene.

The pool of writers features Abe Olandres (Yuga), AnP, Migz Paraz, Rain Contreras, Jolo Santos (Avlack), Karla Redor, Clair Ching, Marc Hil Macalua and myself.  Check out the team profile here.

Please do expect regular postings of news and views, including reviews

and opinions on relevant tech issues.  Comments are highly

appreciated.

Your local tech news doesn’t necessarily have to come from

newspapers.  Nowadays, it’s the blogs that are the leading-edge

sharing mechanisms for such knowledge.

Isn’t this exciting?
